I started at Intersnack as an operator, where I gained a detailed understanding of the production processes and the equipment involved. Through dedication and continuous improvement, I advanced to the role of Equipment Owner, managing and maintaining the essential equipment for production.

Over time, my leadership skills and problem-solving ability were recognized, paving my way to the role of Team Captain. In this role, I coordinate and inspire the team of operators, ensuring that each member contributes to achieving our production goals. This career progression reflects my commitment to excellence and my ability to adapt in a dynamic production environment.
