We need a Technical Engineer Trainee

Why? The technical engineer organizes, coordinates and ensures parts procurement activities, supervises and checks the work quality done by the maintenance team, monitoring energy consumption.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Maintains a constant stock of spare parts and materials for all production line machinery and utilities used in factory and related warehouses
2. Maintains technical library of blueprints and schemes for production equipment
3. Ensures that maintenance work is completed in due time
4. Supervises the activities carried out by third-party companies
5. Ensures the reduction of specific consumption in the activity that is carried out
6. Supervises non-productive shutdowns
7. Monitors the repair plan's implementation, including preventive maintenance, and controls the executed work's quality
8. Ensures proper maintenance of the production lines
9. Supervises and monitors the operation of utility-generating equipment such as heating systems, compressed air compressors, compensation batteries, internal and perimeter lighting, wastewater pumping stations etc.
10. Active support in the Progressive Maintenance pillar - IWS implementation process

What qualifies you for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in technical studies
• Experience in the field is an advantage
• Experience in PL, ML and EO role is an advantage
• Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, email)
• Orientation towards results
• Internal customer orientation
• Team work
• Planning and organizational skills
