What we need: Packaging/ Processing Operator
Why? The operator is responsible for the technical and technological resources administration as well as for the machinery operation in the packaging or production processing area, directly designated to him with the aim of permanently achieving the planned production volumes, in perfect accordance with all quality conditions and with application of all the established practices, procedures and rules.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the production line's equipment, installations and devices are working properly, in optimum quality and security work conditions 
• Adjusts the parameters of packaging machines, robots and equipment from the processing area, in order to create a finished product with all quality requirements
• Follows and respects the daily and weekly production plan
• Real participation in the weekly cleaning by cleaning the packaging machines and robots
• Other production activities added to the responsabilities

What qualifies you for this role:

• Seconday/ post-seconday education or bachelor's degree (technical field, food industry - as an advantage) 
• At least 1 year experience in production
• Basic knowledge of mecanics, pneumatics is an advantage
• Resistance and adaptability to changing workloads
• Responsible individual, with planning and organizing, analytical qualities
• Availability to work in shifts
