We need a Sales Analyst

Why? Because within this role you provide support in the analysis and interpretation of sales and business data, based on the data generated by the company's IT system or from third-party databases (distributors, Nielsen). The Sales Analyst prepares and periodically sends the specific departments (Sales, Customer Marketing, Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.) reports about the evolution of the main business performance indicators.

Main responsibilities:

• Manages the sales analysis tools in order to understand the business indicators' evolution and their communication to specific departments;
• Ensures the data correctness from the reporting and analysis tools;
• Develops and transmits regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on: sales (volume and value) by distribution channels, developments by customer types, product categories, compared to the sales target, balances, etc. while also ensuring the transmitted data's accuracy;
• Provides support regarding promotional activities: registers promotions in the system and ensures monitoring throughout their progress;
• Provides data or analyzes requested by the sales team, agreed in advance with the sales director;
• Provides support for the sales budget's preparation  (history/market trends/development directions) and for the sales forecast;

What qualifies you for this role:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least two years experience in analysis/working with data;
• Very good PC operation skills (MS Word, MS Excel – advanced level, Power Point, Internet, email);
• English - intermediate level
• Communication and relational skills;
• Problem solving skills, entrepreneurial spirit;
• Results oriented
• Positive attitude, seriousness, responsibility.
